1. Payment Terms
- A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book and confirm your order. The date is not secured until this payment is received.
- The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the pick-up date.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your order, with no refund of the deposit.
- Accepted forms of payment include: Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Navy Federal Credit Union (NavyFed).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- In the unlikely event Bipper's Sprinkled Sweets must cancel due to an emergency, all payments made will be refunded in full, and reasonable efforts will be made to refer another vendor.
3. Allergies & Food Sensitivities
- Bipper's Sprinkled Sweets is not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, wheat, and gluten.
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform all guests of potential allergens.
- The client agrees that Bipper's Sprinkled Sweets is not liable for any allergic reactions or food-borne illness that may occur from consumption of the products.
4. Design Approval & Changes
- Final designs, colors, and flavors must be approved by the client no later than 2 weeks before the pick-up date.
- Minor changes may be accommodated after that date at the baker’s discretion, but may be subject to additional fees.
5. Order Pickup
- All orders are pickup only.
- Pickup must occur at the agreed-upon time and location. Products not picked up at the scheduled time may not be available later.
- Once the product is picked up, the client assumes full responsibility for transport, storage, and condition of the order.
6. Limitation of Liability
- In any case, the maximum liability of Bipper's Sprinkled Sweets shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under this agreement.
7. Entire Agreement
- This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
