Welcome to Bipper's Sprinkled Sweets Bakery

Thank you for visiting my site! My name is Amanda and I am the owner of Bipper's Sprinkled Sweets. 

Baking has always been something I've enjoyed. In 2020, I started baking more for family and friends. For ten years, I had a career in Phlebotomy and had been waitressing since I was a teenager. My husband is in the military and in 2021, we were stationed in Okinawa, Japan. My options for jobs were extremely limited. I dedicated my time in Okinawa to being a stay at home mom and growing as a baker.

Starting any new adventure can be scary. For a while I would get stuck in the "waiting for the right time." But really, there is no perfect timing for anything. Especially within the military community, you move so much and things change so often, you have to learn to adapt in all situations. Baking is a skill set I can have with me wherever we go.

In 2024 we were stationed is San Diego, CA. That’s when I told myself, it’s time to take the big step and make my dream a reality. 

My goal for Bipper’s Sprinkled Sweets is simple. No matter the occasion big or small I want to bring you delicious desserts. You’ve chosen Bipper’s to be a part of your occasion and that feels very personal to me.
